ATH-CR1A-2.89 Bridge near Buchtel
The Alan Stone Company, Inc. of Cutler, Ohio began construction of the bridge on County Road 1A – Happy Hollow Road in April 2014. The existing steel truss bridge was replaced with a non-composite pre-stressed box beam bridge. The new bridge was completed and opened on July 31, 2014 at an approximate cost of $400,000.
This West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) Project replaced the aging Sixteen Mile Creek truss bridge with a modern steel beam and poured concrete deck. The original bridge was built in 1912.

Alan Stone was contracted by ODOT for an excavation project in Hockingport, Ohio. The project required 170,000 cubic yards of rock excavation and 212 drilled caisson for retaining wall.
The Alan Stone Company is proud to have played a part in the revitalization efforts of the town Point Pleasant, West Virginia. The completed construction included a new 800 seat concrete amphitheater, boat dock, and shelter house.

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) contracted the Alan Stone Company to complete a slide repair project in Cambridge, Ohio. The project required 14,000 Cubic yards of excavation, scaling, and both cable net and wire mesh slope protection.
